UK Process Agent

In our role as UK Process Agent we will:

• accept service of notices, proceedings, or documents on your behalf where it is not possible for these to be served abroad.
• scan and transmit electronically any notices or documents received to a named point of contact at your company.
• forward any notices or documents received to a named point of contact at your company in original form by post or courier, subject to your instructions and depending on the urgency required.
