Authorisations in other jurisdictions

We have substantial experience of helping firms to apply to regulators in jurisdictions other than the UK for authorisation to carry out regulated activities, including the SEC in the US, the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) operating in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the Malta Financial Services Authority(MFSA), the Isle of Man Financial Services Commission (IoM FSC) and in Switzerland and Japan.
