FSA FINANCIAL RETURNS

Our services in this area include assisting investment firms with the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, annual and consolidated FSA Data Items. We also assist insurers, mortgage lenders and insurance and mortgage intermediaries with the preparation and submission of Retail Mediation Activity Reports (RMARs).

We are completely conversant with the requirements of the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) for investment firms and Solvency 2 for insurers and can advise on the impending changes affecting these firms.

The method of reporting to FSA is undergoing a fundamental change with the move towards Integrated Regulatory Reporting (IRR) and Mandatory Electronic Reporting (MER). Naturally, we are able to advise firms on the impact of these two initiatives also.
